Sales Professionals
As a result of rapid growth, PetCare Insurance Agency, Ltd.requires sales professionals. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidates will be responsible for helping the Sales Department achieve its monthly targets through call centre by way of inbound and outbound phone activity as well as direct communication about PetCare Pet Insurance Programs to veterinary clinics. Exceptional customer service skills as well as knowledge concerning database administration is a necessity. Preferred candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills, be PC literate, and have 1- 3 years experience in the animal health or insurance industries. Candidates currently holding a RIBO insurance licence will be given preference. Candidates should note flexible hours may be required.

Shelter Representative - Pethealth Services
Pethealth's vision is to be the leading provider of insurance and integrated health related information services to the North American companion animal market. We are the second largest provider of accident and illness insurance for dogs and cats inNorth America and a leading provider of pet recovery database services.
Our rapidly-growing company seeks a Shelter Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for marketing Pethealth’s programs to animal shelters across North America. These programs include the ShelterCare Insurance Program, the 24PetWatch Microchip Identification Program and PetPoint Animal Shelter Management Software.
Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, and travel-intensive environment; be self-motivated; and have a consistent and positive attitude. Previous sales experience and 1-2 years experience in animal shelter operations are preferred.

The specialist will be responsible for providing implementation, training, and technical support to PetPoint users. Additionally, the specialist will support the sales and marketing of Pethealth’s ShelterCare accident and illness insurance for newly adopted pets and 24PetWatch microchip identification and 24/7 pet registry and recovery network.
Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; be self-motivated; and have a consistent and positive attitude. Advanced information technology skills and experience administering PetPoint or another major animal shelter management software application are strongly preferred. Previous animal sheltering and/or shelter management experience and the ability to work from our Chicago office are required for this position.

I signed up for QuickCare Gold on the website for my dog Oscar in the winter. I had received mailings from various pet insurance companies, and when I did my own comparisons PetCare seemed to be the best. By late spring Oscar was starting to walk funny, and I thought it was just a sprain. After a few weeks I took him to the vet, and was told he may need surgery because he had a Patella Luxation (slipped knee). By the end of July it was much worse and my vet operated on him. I was so glad that I had taken out my PetCare insurance policy to cover the cost. Pet insurance does work.
